Garden Answers Plant Id App Reviews

Finding out what type of plant I had was difficult. It gave me a bunch of suggestions then when I clicked on one that was similar to the plant it lead me to a bunch of unrelated articles. If you want something more accurate go google a description of the plant and where you found it (ie. Ontario, Florida, etc.).

Very nice app for novice gardeners and plant lovers for identifying flowers.

App is super useful! Completly free and no adds. Lots of options too- search the plant by name, by image, etc. Plus, once you find what a plant is called, you learn about it, and how to identify it. If the app cant educate you due to lack of information, then it shows websites that you can use to learn yourself. You can even email an expert. Great app!

Ive tested it on a few pictures I have and it matched 8/10. Some of the photos werent the best either. Quite impressed so far. Good for a free app.

My neighbor and I are amateur gardeners but we love our flowerbeds and cant wait until spring! The other day while we were trying to figure out what a plant was? She said she wished there was an app that took a picture of the plant you couldnt find the name for and then give you info about it. Me, being the app lover that I am, went right to the app store and downloaded this one! I have used it so many times! I love it! I have already sent in questions for the experts and they answer pretty quickly. Love this app!!!

Such a neat app. So useful and fast. Helped me determine what to weed and what to leave in the "mature garden" at the house I just bought. Friendly well written responses with tips on care/maintenance. So happy I downloaded it.

My puppy really loves to be outside and I am well aware that there and many plants that could be harmful to her. She chewed on a shrub that I had no idea what it was, but with this app I was able to tell it was not a shrub that would be harmful to dogs. 5/5 great app, would recommend to anyone

Used the option to upload photo and hear back within 24 hours after confirming email address with identification. Submitted 3 days ago and did not receive information.

Take a pic and get info on the flower in the picture. Works great.

Great app for anyone trying to identify a plant. Sent photos to an expert, and had an answer in 1 hour!! Thanks so much...now I know what I have and where to plant it!

Im still getting the hang of the app, but I have found it most helpful on our recent hike down Whistlers Mountain in Jasper Alberta. Many interesting plants were around us and I was able to use the app to figure them all out! Thanks Garden Answers

I dont have a "green thumb" and this app has helped me identify everything from flowers, shrubs and ground cover vs weeds

There is no professional that emails you back as to what plant you have. This app is useless.

This app is not correct about a lot of plants
