Garden Answers Plant Id App Reviews

I work in a Garden Cente and am surrounded by people that know their plants very well. Yesterday I was confronted with a plant I.D. that we could not figure out. All we knew was that it was a wildflower and that bees liked it a a lot. I sent my question in to the experts from this app and got an answer in a matter of hours! Im so impressed, especially because I was a little worried about whether this app was legit or not. So glad I downloaded it!

I paid the fee for an Experts response to my request to identify a plant... That was over 7 days ago. Im still waiting. Theres nowhere that I can contact anyone to see why its taking so long.

It has enabled me to correctly 3 flowers so far, and its simple and easy to use.

Love this app! I travel and frequently see a plant I dont recognize. I love being able to take a picture and get an answer so quickly!

This app is advertised as free but when try to identify something it shows several similar plants. If one of those isnt right you can ask an expert but it cost money! Are you kidding! Thats not free! Thats a ridiculous scam!!!
