They have been spot on with every request Ive sent them. It may take a day or so to get a reply but its worth the wait. Just make sure your picture is of good quality..

I dont understand how this app is free. Dont get me wrong, I love that it is and I wouldntve downloaded it if it cost money. But, wow, this app is completely top-notch. I identified a few different plants with it, ones that my friends who study plant identification couldnt even recognize. Im completely blown away.

The app is useful, and is pretty good at identifying plants. However, I tried to "share" through the option of sharing to a friend in messages, email or other option and it wont open that share option. Also, it did identify a plant and it stated it was an annual, while its indeed a perennial. The specific plant was a clear and accurate identified plant - perfect match. So, I found it strange that it was identified as an annul. In a few cases it asked me to take a closer or clearer image to identify. I couldnt take a more closer and clear picture!

I have identified a whole bunch of plants with this app, and it is hands down the best one I have found. Wonderful job! Recommend to anyone, it actually works!! Thank you so much!

Great and useful app. Love the ease of using it. Its been very helpful identifying plants.

Not sure if its just me, but Im not getting any successful plant identification with this app. It recognized beans as rosemary and a pattypan squash as a flower (tulip, I think).

The first page I went to advised me to go buy an insecticide. Technically adept app but TERRIBLE advice, so on that note I am deleting the app.

Had high hopes, but no dice. Poor quality of comparison photos and then to pursue an answer, got dinged with 2.90$ find an expert charge.

It found my first two plants easily, much better than Google search by image or any other plant finding app Ive tried. My third plant was just sprouting and hard to ID so I tried the paid method. They found it right away and gave me some great advice on getting that invasive weed out.

Helpful and fun! I love to hike and garden, so Im always crossing paths with a plant or flower Ive never seen before.... And THIS app taught me what they were :) very clever!

Ive tried this app without much persuasion, then instead of an automatic photographic identification Ive found that the request gets forwarded to real people - gardening experts - that get back to you with the answer. I was skeptical, but they answered in short time, and even if they didnt recognize the plant at first, they took the time to get back in touch again to tell me that they have found it! I really loved their care and politeness... Awesome job! Thanks!

low ratings say they got no reply to their $2 expert request or that $2 is not free. The app is free. Duh. People gotta eat. Duh. Expert replies go in the app under Expert Answers; not email, and its interactive. Its worked every time for me and the DB only gets better… There are connection problems even with cellular data on. Patience works.

Has not identified a plant yet but will happily allow me to pay to get an answer

This app allows you to take photos of your plant and compare with other pictures on their site to find the name and the description of where to plant in either sun or shade. Plus what type of fertilizer to use. I wish however it would tell you the death of what youre supposed to plant youre playing in the dirt.

This app could be so cool if it was accurate. It told me that my aloe vera plant is a melon... And that dandelions are aloe vera... Disappointing

When I clicked on the image that matched my plant, it took me to a different plant description. Worthless app.

Ive been trying to find the name of this plant for 3 days and I found it in less than a minute on this app!

This app was great — easy to load &I use. Identified an invasive weed (horse weed) within a minute and gave good info & advice: pull it out NOW!

this app is the best Gardner app ever!! Have had no problems what so ever if you have an injured of sick plants this app will help they know everything!! UPDATE: THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE EXPERT ADVICE FREE!!!!!! YOU SAVED MY GARDEN I WAS THINKING THAT I MAY HAVE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW AND DELETE THE APP BUT YOU DID IT!!!! Once I try it out I will let you know how it goes
