Great idea that used to work, now just garbage.

Ive used this app for over a year and had a great experience when I first tried it last winter.

When May came around, the app changed from Garden Compass to what is now Garden Answers, and went straight downhill after that.

When it was Garden Compass, I would receive real answers in usually the same day with tips if I had a problem with a plant and suggestions on how to make the most of it. Now submissions often go unanswered, and this is the latest submission I received, which came nearly two weeks after I sent in a photo:

Hello,
Should have done this in the spring time when new growth started.
Its going through transplant shock.
Hopefully the container has good drainage and you used a premium potting mix.
Dont over water it.
Just be patient.with it and see what happens.

There are no tips on how to fix my issue here, just hindsight suggestions on what I should have done, not what I can do. This response is almost insulting to me as a grower.

Dont use this app, the overwhelming negative reviews arent here because it works.
