Real caring people!

Ive tried this app without much persuasion, then instead of an automatic photographic identification Ive found that the request gets forwarded to real people - gardening experts - that get back to you with the answer. I was skeptical, but they answered in short time, and even if they didnt recognize the plant at first, they took the time to get back in touch again to tell me that they have found it! I really loved their care and politeness... Awesome job! Thanks!
